We are looking for a new Warehouse Lead to join our team.

Warehouse Lead Position Overview

Assist the warehouse management team to coordinate daily operations activities including productivity, quality and customer service standards to effectively execute daily client order processing.

Preferred Experience

1. Warehouse floor lead experience with knowledge of inbound order processing (planning and execution) and outbound order processing (small package and palletized).

2. Experience and comfort operating forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks.

3. Experience with hand held scanning devices.

4. Strong inter-personal commutator with the ability to effectively lead and coach people with different personalities and backgrounds.

5. Experience with MS office, Excel and Word.

6. Clear communicator with active listener skills.

Essential Functions

• Reinforce picking, packing and shipping processes that emphasize proficiency and accuracy.
• Facilitate efficient and consistent process management.
• Execute daily operations forecasting, planning and labor scheduling to meet client turn time obligations.
• Establish and continually reinforce clear expectations with employees that are high but achievable. Identify areas for improvement and training.
• Maintain personal visibility to employee adherence to important control points related to productivity, accuracy and turn-time performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
